    An excellent use of 2 minutes of your time to understand a multi-sided markets – using Google and their business model.

  2. The way I like to think about this is that Google Search users *are* paying – with “attention.” And the advertisers are paying *for* that attention. This model has two benefits – one, everyone is paying somehow (i.e., nothing is free), the other is that it tells us what we have to do to increase “revenues” from either set of users.

  3. Great video and explanation of Multi-Sided Markets, keep up the great work. Indeed, the different revenue models are always required for multiple customer segments.
