		<description><![CDATA[This obviously seems like a clever and indirect jab at your former boss.  I&#039;ve been yelled at before in front of many people and it isn&#039;t pleasant. 

Decency and respect are the hallmarks of a good leader.  A good leader inspires confidence, courage, and enthusiasm....being angry, yelling and excoriating subordinates definitely doesn&#039;t accomplish this nor does it set the right example for subordinates to follow.]]></description>
