This isn&#039;t quite clear.  I&#039;m sure if he said &quot;Oh, 100%&quot; you could get rid of him for being unrealistic and out of touch, but isn&#039;t 10% a little ineffective?  Didn&#039;t you want him to be more than 10% productive when working for you?]]></description>
